What is the central shopping cart?

Inquiries or orders for all available products, spare parts or documentation can be made round the clock via our central shopping cart. It couldn’t be easier - select the product, login to your account, amend delivery information as required and finally submit the inquiry/order. As soon as you have selected the appropriate product, all the related information such as CAD data, technical data and documents will be available. Suppose you are a design engineer and want to prepare the inquiry or order but not submit it, all you need to is forward your completed shopping cart to the relevant person (e.g. buyer).

What do I do if a colleague from purchasing wants to submit an inquiry for or order a product I’ve configured?

In such cases, you can use the “Forward" function in the shopping cart or in the transaction overview. This feature provides considerable support for cross-department working. Your colleague will receive an e-mail with a link to your transaction or shopping cart and can work on it directly.

Where can I find DriveGate order tracking?

You can now view all your orders in the transaction overview, where you can easily track these and monitor their status right through to shipment by our carrier. Even transactions going back a number of years are easy to find. In addition, you can search for transactions based on advanced criteria, e.g. material number, project number or project designation if this was notified to us in the inquiry or order. Downloading the relevant documents is also hassle-free in the transaction view. What’s more, a variety of sort and filter options enables you to arrange tables to match your requirements. Comprehensive documentation packages for entire projects can even be created in just a few steps. How do I do this? Using a project reference, simply select multiple transactions, collate your documents and you can then download everything in one go.

What functions does the transaction overview offer?

Not only does the transaction overview show your orders, but also SEW-EURODRIVE quotations, service transactions and templates as long as you have authorization to view these. This means you can easily monitor the status of your transactions. You can also search based on advanced criteria such as material number, project number or project designation, assuming we are notified of these. Downloading the relevant documents for these transactions is also straightforward. What’s more, a variety of sort and filter options enables you to arrange tables to match your requirements.
